‘Tis the Season

If you are new to OTE, welcome! I’m Cris, the booking director extraordinaire at On Time Elite Celebrity & Production Bus Rentals LLC. I’ve been with On Time for 11 years, and in those years, we have made waves in the entertainment industry. We swoop in and fix everything and make our clients have the most successful photoshoots campaigns, events, and concerts on the East Coast. In this week’s blog, we will be talking about SUMMER! I know the title may be misleading, but it’s important to prep our clients before the season begins.

It’s Time to Book for Summer

First, we’ve released new units, which have been working around the clock. If you have a potential project that you know will require on-location vehicles, CALL, EMAIL, TEXT, SUBMIT JOTFORMS whatever you need to do, call us. As much as we love our clients, we don’t like to play favorites, and we always hold a tried-and-true method of “first come, first serve.” It’s the best way to honor those clients who call in first and ultimately book their holds.

New Policies for Summer

And that brings us to the next order of business. For summer 2023, holds will only be honored for a maximum of seven days, and here is why. We saw massive demand in spring 2023 for the newest vehicles in the industry, and they have made each project a success. While we wish to continue this winning streak, the summer is when we are on complete rotation. So holding is no problem, but if you know you will use the Moho, please get in touch with the booking and submit the necessary documents to confirm your hold.

So if you have a long number of days you wish to hold, please tell us, and we will find the best accommodation so you have some wiggle room. Security deposits that can be applied toward your final invoice will be applied for larger projects. In the event that you lapse the seven days, those deposits will be non-refundable. It sounds like a pain, but we use a lot of manpower to get these buses to be top of the line for clients like you. We don’t want those resources to go to waste on a hold that will drop.

Of course, you are not obligated to hold or book–this blog is just an insight into the protocols that will take place in the summer of 2023. We value your business and your time. We want to make all projects a hit. To do that, we have protocols to keep ourselves and our clients in the green.
