Unless otherwise stated, On Time Elite owns the intellectual property rights for all material on this website. All intellectual property rights are reserved. You may access this from On Time Elite for your own personal and professional use subjected to restrictions set in these terms and conditions.
3. Fleet Specifications & Use
By booking our services, the Client acknowledges the following:

Expandable Units: Our fleet includes units with expandable sections (slide-outs) to provide additional interior space. These are operated exclusively by On Time Elite drivers.

Vehicle Entry: Our modern units feature a single-entry design as per current industry standards.

Interior Modification: The Client is not permitted to remove or modify any interior fixtures.

Bus Wrapping: On Time Elite does not provide vehicle wrapping services. If a Client wishes to wrap a unit, prior written approval is required, and the Client is responsible for all costs, including any potential damage to the vehicle’s paint.
4. Logistics & Call Times

Drop-off and Pickup: We do not offer drop-off or pickup services. Units are managed and positioned by our professional drivers for the duration of the rental.

On-Set Support: We provide technical and logistical support during active production hours to ensure proper operation of power and climate control systems.
5. Client Responsibilities

Permits: The Client is responsible for securing all necessary film and parking permits in NYC and the Tri-State area.

Insurance: A valid Certificate of Insurance (COI) naming On Time Elite as “Additional Insured” must be provided before the rental begins.

Parking Clearance: The Client must ensure that the location provides enough clearance for the vehicle and its expandable sections.
6. Prohibitions & Damage Liability

Smoking Policy: All units are strictly Non-Smoking. Violation of this policy will result in immediate professional cleaning fees.

Damages: The Client is liable for any damage caused to the vehicle, its interior, or equipment by crew, talent, or guests.
7. Cookies
We employ the use of cookies. By accessing On Time Elite, you agreed to use cookies in agreement with the On Time Elite Privacy Policy.
8. Hyperlinking to our Content
Government agencies, search engines, and news organizations may link to our Website without prior written approval, provided the link is not deceptive and fits within the context of the linking party’s site.
