Production Motorhome Rental on Long Island North Shore

We manage every aspect of your professional production motorhome rental on Long Island’s North Shore. Our team coordinates every detail, ensuring that your mobile production base or talent suite is climate-controlled and fully operational before the first call time on set.

• Initial Site Assessment: We evaluate specific location constraints near landmarks like Coe Hall to ensure seamless vehicle placement.
• Unit Selection: Our team helps you choose between specialized talent trailers or multi-departmental units based on crew size.
• On-Set Readiness: We provide dedicated on-set support for any call time, ensuring your unit is staged, powered, and ready whenever you need it.
• Interior Configuration: Our units feature a professional front lounge with a makeup station/desk space, a kitchenette, and a bathroom. The back of the bus serves as a private sanctuary, providing a calm atmosphere for talent prep.
• Coordinated Moves Between Locations: We plan each move carefully based on approved routes, local road access, and production timing to help keep your schedule organized and realistic.

🏆 Insider Insight: When filming on the North Shore, humidity from the Sound can affect sensitive hair and makeup equipment. Our units utilize industrial-grade HVAC systems that maintain a 100% stable interior environment regardless of external weather conditions.

Our location vehicle rentals are preferred by major studios because we prioritize the privacy and efficiency of high-profile talent. We provide over three decades of experience serving both union and non-union productions with a fleet that offers a secure single-entry layout specifically designed as a privacy and security benefit.

• Discreet Professionalism: Our staff is deeply experienced with industry protocols, ensuring total privacy for A-list celebrities and directors.
• Environmental Responsibility: We operate with a low carbon footprint, utilizing efficient power systems that meet the sustainability standards of modern production companies.
• Superior Amenities: Each unit offers premium finishes and custom-built workstations to keep your team productive without crowding the talent. High-speed internet is also available as a separate rental add-on when needed.

⚠️ Warning: Never overlook local parking regulations for oversized vehicles on Long Island’s North Shore residential shoots. Narrow historic streets and gated entries require specialized expertise. Our veteran drivers excel at positioning our expandable units with precision, providing a seamless setup regardless of local logistical complexities.

Our fleet is a familiar sight along the waterfronts of Great Neck and the lush estates of Sands Point. We provide tailored mobile production spaces for commercial shoots near the Sands Point Preserve and support feature film crews working within the historic districts of Glen Cove and Oyster Bay. Whether your production is based at a Victorian-era manor in Old Westbury or requires a sleek hair and makeup trailer near the yacht clubs of Port Washington, we provide the local expertise necessary for success. We frequently transition units from these quiet shores to the bustling energy of Manhattan to accommodate multi-day, multi-location shoots.

💡 Pro Tip: To maximize efficiency on multi-location shoots, we recommend utilizing our custom-built workstations. These areas allow your hair, makeup, or production teams to operate efficiently within a high-end mobile environment without crowding the talent’s private lounge area.
