Jessica Goldstein384 days agoStart to finish - my experience with On Time Elite was phenomenal. Valeria and Marisol in the office to Juan, our amazing driver. Fast, efficient and reliable. Everything needed in my line of work. We rented the “Runway” and it was the most gorgeous, luxurious and clean motorhome. Perfect for any and all production teams. Highly recommend!Posted on Google

COLIN MIYAMOTO810 days agoWe have worked with On Time Elite (in particular, Crisel Flores, Sales & Marketing Director) for three years in a row, and it has been a pleasure each and every time. Their customer service and communication is excellent, and they provide professional, personalized attention to our requests and needs. Our most recent experience with the Muse (a brand new model) was superb and luxurious! Lots of space for our artists, well-equipped and perfectly clean, and they even put our company logo on the big TV screen as a finishing touch. Also a huge shout out to our driver Juan, who was friendly and helpful - it was our second year with him and he is always a delight.Posted on Google

Wessel Graafmans1074 days agoOur first experience using On Time Elite for our production vehicle needs has been nothing short of excellent. Crisel is flexible, listens to you, is quick, and customer friendly. The production bus she suggested to us was amazing. The outside looks way better than a generic white trailer with metallic steps. We loved the finished inside with comfy couches; the accent touches are great. It comes with (2) TVs where you can relax, enough fridge space, and plenty of room for makeup. If I had to point something out that can be improved, it would be the trash cans. They could either be built into the walls, or something with a lid would be great. All in all, the bus had an early arrival with a professional driver. I would definitely recommend working with On Time Elite for our next gig.Posted on Google

Brian Fehd2609 days agoOn Time Elite is my go-to artist bus company. I will not call anyone else. They are always a pleasure to work with and hit their marks. On time and on budget. Crisel is very professional, super nice, and amazing at her job. Their drivers are courteous, professional, and take excellent care of the buses and those aboard. They also know that they're dealing with artists and handle with care. There is not a better company.Posted on Google

Lynda de Zorzi2636 days agoOne of the best Motorhome Companies in NYC - I love to work with them - and Crisel is just the best!!! With over 20 years of production experience in NYC I have seen vendors come and go - but these guys are here to stay. They make a motorhome workable for wardrobe, hair, and production with plenty of room to spare (not easy to come by). Plus Crisel is always sharing with me their updates to their fleet - which always makes me happy. They've gone above and beyond for me - HIGHLY RECOMMEND ON TIME ELITE!!!Posted on Google

Cris has been incredibly helpful when it comes to working with our budget and has provided us with a motor home that has exceeded our expectations. The Moho arrived spotless, with clean interior bathrooms and the perfect amount of space for both production and talent/hair&makeup. Every executive that has walked in to the motor home has complimented it! I look forward to working with On-Time Elite many times in the future. Thank you!Posted on Google

Andrew Rodes3919 days agoWe booked three motorhomes through On Time Elite -- the Navigator, Millennium and Presidential. All three homes arrived on time, thoroughly cleaned, and professionally staffed with very friendly, eager-to-help drivers. In addition, their office is friendly and easy to deal with for all your production needs. Would recommend On Time Elite in a heartbeat and will definitely use again for our next shoot requiring motorhomes.Posted on Google

Pnina Tornai4350 days agoOur overall experience working with 'On Time elite' was extraordinary! Their professional team led by Erin in combination with the drivers, the trailers and the service we got made a huge difference in our complex shooting day. Knowing that they are totally reliable, always on time and always professional was a huge help! Using the 'expander' vehicle was an experience that made our life so easy! there was so much room for all our garments! The hair and make up stations where extremely professional and VERY WISELY built! The name of the company totally makes justice with how punctual they are! our driver on both shooting days was extremely helpful! The good care Erin from the office took of us and all the tips she gave us were extraordinary! We really advise anyone who is shooting a movie/catalog/photo shoot to use this company! The Pnina Torani Team.Posted on Google
Doree Simon Hatfield4598 days agoI hired On Time Elite to bring a wardrobe trailer onto a commercial I recently produced in February 2014. They were excellent to work with from beginning to end -- booking inquiries, execution of the job and follow-through at the end. The price they quoted was in line with what we ended up paying after gas/tolls/OT and I was impressed by how thorough (yet easy) their booking process was. We even got a free upgrade because there was a nicer trailer available the day of our rental. The driver of the trailer was great too and showed up 30 minutes early to our location. I would definitely recommend going with On Time Elite for any wardrobe trailer needs. They were the most affordable option I found, and turned out to be great to work with as well -- that's the full package for me.Load moreVerified by TrustindexTrustindex verified badge is the Universal Symbol of Trust.
