On Time Elite: The Standard of Excellence
At On Time Elite, we specialize in providing custom-built production vehicles, trailers, and RVs designed specifically for the entertainment industry. Our fleet includes state-of-the-art studios-on-wheels, hair and makeup trailers, and wardrobe vehicles, all crafted to offer unparalleled comfort and convenience on set. With an unwavering commitment to quality and 100% client satisfaction, we ensure your production runs seamlessly, delivering a superior experience where Luxury Meets Function.
The Studio-on-Wheels: Redefining Production RV Rentals
In the fast-paced production landscape of New York City, efficiency isn’t just a goal; it’s a necessity. At On Time Elite, we’ve engineered the ultimate Production Motorhome Rental by stripping away the limitations of residential RVs. Our units are purpose-built to function as a high-performance Mobile Studio RV, providing the square footage and technical infrastructure that professional crews need to execute world-class content.
Maximum Utility: The Power of a Bed-Free Interior
The hallmark of an On Time Elite Moho is our commitment to usable space. While competitors offer “luxury” by adding beds, we offer luxury by providing room to work. By eliminating sleeping quarters, our Moho rentals transform into expansive, open-concept workspaces that accommodate:
- Centralized Production Hubs: Large, integrated desks and high-speed tech stations for Producers, DITs, and Directors.
- Unmatched Wardrobe Capacity: Significant interior volume for heavy-duty clothing racks, steaming stations, and quick-change areas.
- Versatile Talent Prep: Flexible layouts that allow for simultaneous hair, makeup, and styling without the cramped feeling of a standard trailer.
Built for the Streets of Manhattan and the Shores of Montauk
Logistics in the Northeast demand a vehicle that is both robust and maneuverable. Whether you are staging a high-fashion shoot in Montauk, a commercial in Long Island City, or a television series in Manhattan, our production motorhomes provide a reliable home base. We understand the specific parking and power challenges of Brooklyn and the Bronx, providing a seamless experience from the moment we arrive at your “Basecamp.”
Technical Specs That Outperform the Set
A production trailer rental is only as effective as the technology it houses. Every On Time Elite motorhome is a powerhouse of utility:
- Industrial-Grade Power: High-Amperage electrical distribution designed to handle professional lighting kits, hair tools, and heavy-duty charging arrays without fail.
- Secure High-Speed Connectivity: Robust, low-latency WiFi and 5G mesh networking to ensure the production office stays in sync with the set.
- Superior Climate Control: Multi-zone HVAC systems that operate with whisper-quiet efficiency, ensuring your team stays focused in the heat of The Hamptons or the chill of an Upstate NY winter.
