It’s 2023! And the start of a new year means new budgets, new projects, and new events! We are so excited to be a part of it all. In this week’s blog I will give you a peek into what you can expect from our new top-of-the-line fleet, the amenities we will be providing, and the thinking behind each tier of units. This information will better aid you when putting your budget together for your upcoming projects.
Budgeting for Your Upcoming Projects
In the summer, we talked about why splurging may sometimes work better than cutting corners and going the “cheap route.” If you’ve worked with us before, you know we do not cut corners and, at times, tend to be the more expensive option. With a new set of vehicles, we are thrilled to introduce a higher standard of luxury.
Our focus for our fashion units remains the same. We opt for incorporating hair and makeup stations along with a generous amount of holding space for wardrobe and accessories. Our goal is to optimize the free space and create an ample layout for our fashion clients to utilize as they see best. When quoting our clients, it’s important to note that our fashion units tend to be on the more economical price range, which truly caters to editorial and fashion story budgets.
We designed our Production Units with Your Projects in Mind
Our production units are designed with flexibility in mind. Since production focuses on live events or recording of TV or film projects, our new production units will have ample desk space and offer our clients top-of-the-line monitors for broadcasting feed connections. They also have a sectioned desk space for internal meetings.
Artist green rooms always allow for us to create beautiful spaces for our clients. Everything in an OTE greenroom is custom, luxurious, and one of a kind. Our focus gets extended past HMU or wardrobe; it covers entertainment, lounging, and private bedrooms. Our VIP suites help to best represent our green rooms. They are the obvious choice for concerts and live events.
Through all kinds of weather or location, our greenroom trailers are solely used for the privacy and comfort of our clients and their A-list artists and celebrities. Some of our new units have full baths with full showers, which is such a rarity in on location units. Aside from basic amenities, green rooms have add-ons that fashion and production units do not. We provide a private service in which we purchase all of our clients’ wants and needs and have them already stocked before the artist steps on board one of our green rooms. Details range from custom bedding and toiletries to snacks, preferred beverages, and on-board entertainment like special sports packages, news, media and gaming.

Of course we have added new amenities to our units. All OTE units will have climate control to combat all seasons and weather changes. We facilitate our clients with permitting and assist them in taking out the correct permit for a fraction of the time. Additionally, we’re in contact with New York’s top-tier catering companies and help accommodate breakfast and lunch for our clients and their crew. And to help you outfit your production with everything you need, we also provide an extensive list of expendables ranging from photography equipment to styling and on-location accessories.
