Luxury Buses of the Rich and Famous
Have you ever wondered what sort of luxury buses do mega-mega stars like Justin Bieber or even our president Barack Obama expect when on location to film a movie, commercial or photo spread? It might surprise you to know what a production bus is capable of providing!
President Obama
The POTUS tour bus is a $1 million, six-wheeled mini-mansion on wheels. It flaunts a sleek, all-black exterior, flashing lights, and deeply tinted windows. The bus also has many top-secret features that the Secret Service keeps under wraps. Some have compared President Obama’s motor coach to a mix of Batmobile and Greyhound bus. It features bulletproof glass, a high-tech fire alarm system, and tires tough enough to run over sharp pickaxes without getting punctured.
Justin Bieber
Much to the surprise of many people who consider Justin a throwback to the sweet as saccharin, bubble-gum freshness of that rollicking early 70’s musical group The Archies.
“The Bieb”, as his fans and non-fans affectionately call him, recently purchased the tour bus once owned by Kid Rock. This luxury bus, once called “The Devil’s Den” by Kid Rock, has been completely transformed. It’s now scrubbed clean and reflects Bieber’s personality and music. Kid Rock even joked that his former rolling Sodom and Gomorrah now look more like an ice cream truck.
Ashton Kutcher
Now single and without a partner to create a cozy environment, Kutcher has made a unique choice. While on location, he lives in a massive 30-ton mobile mansion. This luxury space includes two bathrooms, a designer kitchen, and seven 60-inch plasma televisions. No one is sure why Ashton would need seven televisions but who is to question a superstar celebrity’s desires?
John Madden
Probably more famous for designing and providing his name to a best-selling video game rather than working as a legendary sportscaster and professional football coach, Madden’s fear of flying has relegated him to using luxury buses as his only means of transportation. In fact, he has not one but several coaches all called the same thing–“The Madden Cruiser”, each containing queen-sized beds, plasma TVs, sauna/steam shower and generators capable of powering a 6000 square foot home.
Like the companies providing these four-star celebrities with the bus of their dreams, OnTime Elite also endeavors to provide clients with the best possible experience during a production shoot. We consistently do our best to satisfy requests made by clients in order to facilitate any kind of production event.
