Unfortunately no person(s) can ride in our units while in motion, as we understand this is an inconvenience it is for your safety in mind, we do however provide our clients the options to have the vehicles arrive.
Each vehicle comes with wardrobe racks built inside, they vary in length and location based on the vehicle of your choice. Custom Built makeup stations and counterspace All OTE units also come with a curtain divider providing dual usage and privacy. As far as amenities we provide you with a Frigidaire refrigerator for keeping food and beverage cool and a microwave for heating. All other items can be ordered via our equipment sheet. Make sure to ask booking to provide you with one.
Rental prices are based on a 12 hour day. Fixed pricing is optional for more or less hours. Rental prices inside New York City are based on hourly usage whereas prices for renting out a vehicle outside of the city will also include miles driven. Of course there is! While our pricing may be competitive to some we can assure you every penny spent renting our units is money well invested, since our units are custom and we bring you the latest regarding on location units we assure you the price is fair. That being said if you do have a tight budget we offer economical rates as well for editorial shoots and low budget shoots.

Our luxury buses are fully equipped to accommodate and support on-location photo shoots, film and video productions, the creation of music videos, marketing campaigns, prints ads, enhancing special events and much more. We also provide rental buses for private parties, concerts, tailgating parties and talent green rooms.
Our high-end production trailers and motorhomes are engineered to serve as premium on-location infrastructure for professional film, television, and video productions, as well as fashion, advertising, and print campaigns. Every vehicle functions as an urban command center and a private, secure sanctuary fully equipped for A-list talent, crew workstations, and high-end hair and makeup setups on set.
Unfortunately our units are not available for personal usage, this means you are not able to take the units and drive them cross country. Apart from the fact only Union CDL drivers and or OTE trained drivers can operate our custom built units, the units themselves are not equipped to travel cross country. Of course there are certain private events we do offer our services for, I.E. – weddings, tailgates, corporate events.
We provide professional production RV and trailer rentals across the entire Tri-State area, with specialized on-location support throughout the five boroughs of NYC, Long Island, the Lower Hudson Valley, and New Jersey. Our highly capable veteran drivers possess the surgical precision required to safely position our high-end expandable units in dense urban environments, ensuring seamless infrastructure for active film sets and media campaigns during scheduled production hours.
Because Teamster drivers work on a time card and are paid directly by the client, union rates are slightly lower compared to non-union drivers who are paid by On Time Elite.
If you have a rental agreement in place, we will process the credit card on file and charge the entire rental amount.
The role of the driver includes full responsibility for the bus, helping clients with equipment, catering, wardrobe and unloading/loading various items. Clients may ask a driver to assist with other tasks as long the job does not interfere with the driver’s routine functions. We leave this to the driver’s discretion.
A City Hall permit does not allow you to park the bus illegally and drivers must find legally designated parking spaces. Any traffic summons resulting from parking illegally will be the sole responsibility of the client, with all fines billed directly to the client.
We provide a gated, secure and private lot for our buses on which to park overnight. Although our clients have never experienced any losses while working with our company, we must inform you that leaving equipment overnight is at your own risk, and provide our clients with a release form. If leaving the items overnight is still a more convenient option we are able to provide an overnight tech to remain with your belongings for an additional fee.

Although it is important to stay in touch with the driver concerning any changes in plans, we do ask that you keep us informed as well just so we can continue providing you with exceptional service necessary to keep things running as smoothly as possible for you.
We require a valid credit card along with photo ID for both new and returning clients. We run a pre authorization charge prior to your booking date that automatically drops after 3- 5 days. Depending on your banks policy. For our returning clients we do offer payment options outside of CC which include ACH, Check or wire transfer. Be advised that OTE charges processing fees for CC, and Wire Transfers.

On Time Elite is a fully licensed and insured luxury bus rental company offering superior products and services. Our vehicles possess all the necessary permits and documentation from New York’s and New Jersey’s Department of Motor Vehicles and all carry up to date inspection stickers as required by law.
While renting our units it is required to add On Time Elite as an additionally insured with collision coverage per occurrence. COI must be provided prior to your booking. Please ask booking for the details.
All of our buses and trailers are fully protected by collision and comprehensive insurance policies covering both people and equipment in case of an accident.
Buses routinely undergo preventive inspection for signs of mechanical fatigue and abrasion and maintained quarterly. Photo shoot buses, talent motorhomes, and wardrobe & makeup trailers receive careful visual inspection before leaving on a job and upon returning to maintain the superior quality of all on board equipment and amenities.
