To ensure a seamless installation and protect the asset, On Time Elite enforces specific operational prerequisites and logistical timelines. If your production team is planning an exterior visual activation, please review the critical framework below.
Pre-Production Logistical Requirements
1. Prior Authorization & Approvals
Custom graphic placement is available strictly upon request and must be thoroughly reviewed and approved by our management team well in advance of your project start date.
2. Timeline Accommodations
The physical application and removal of professional exterior graphics requires precision and time. Production teams must account for this in their scheduling:
- Pre-Shoot Access: Clients typically require access to the designated vehicle at least one full day prior to the official rental start.
- Post-Shoot Access: An additional one full day after the rental concludes must be scheduled for the safe removal of the graphics.
3. Insurance Verification (COI)
A comprehensive Certificate of Insurance (COI) outlining specified coverage thresholds must be submitted and approved by On Time Elite before any installation team begins working on the vehicle chassis.
4. Refundable Security Deposit
A refundable security deposit of $5,000 is required for all vehicles undergoing external visual customization.
Surface & Paint Integrity Protection
While modern exterior graphics are generally safe when installed and removed by experienced, certified professionals, the removal process carries an inherent technical risk of affecting the vehicle’s original premium paint or clear-coat finish.
The $5,000 security deposit is held exclusively to cover any potential surface damage sustained during the installation or extraction phases. Following the final removal, our maintenance team will conduct a meticulous physical inspection of the vehicle; if no surface finish anomalies or paint damages are detected, the security deposit will be returned to the client in full.

Early alignment allows sufficient time for precision scheduling, paperwork approvals, and buffer windows for installation.

However, we do not provide exact blueprint engineering measurements for vinyl plotting. Your contracted graphic installation company is solely responsible for taking all precise on-site physical measurements to ensure a flawless graphic fit on our production fleet rental units.
