With the latest technology, we provide endless entertainment options.
Partnering with Reliable Sanitation Services
At On Time Elite, we prioritize our clients and their guests’ cleanliness and well-being. We work closely with reputable sanitation companies to ensure proper waste management and maintenance of our units. When scheduling your event, making sure you discuss the sanitation services with the chosen company is crucial. This includes determining how often they will clean out the grey and black water (or human waste) from the units.
Frequency of Sanitation
The frequency of sanitation services depends on the usage and traffic of the event. For large-scale gatherings with high traffic, we recommend having the sanitation company clear out the waste tank and replace the fresh water tank with clean water every night after the day’s activities wrap up. By doing that, you will ensure that the units will be cleaned and ready for the next day. For events with lower usage, scheduling sanitation services every other day may be sufficient. Regular maintenance and cleaning prevent foul smells from permeating the air and create a more pleasant environment for everyone in attendance.
Odor Control
Foul smells can quickly turn a memorable event into an unpleasant experience. To mitigate the risk of odors, it is crucial to communicate with the sanitation company and ensure they employ effective odor control measures. Deodorizers, sanitizers, and regular cleaning routines significantly contribute to maintaining a fresh and inviting atmosphere. By addressing odor control as part of the sanitation process, you can ensure that your event remains enjoyable for all attendees.
Health and Hygiene
Maintaining proper sanitation is vital for your guests’ comfort, health, and well-being. By prioritizing regular waste removal and cleanliness, you create a safer environment for everyone. On-Time Elite takes this responsibility seriously and ensures that our team cleans and sanitizes the units to meet the highest hygiene standards. This commitment to cleanliness instills confidence in our clients, knowing their event space is safe and hygienic.

When working with On Time Elite, you can trust that our team of professionals understands the importance of sanitation. We collaborate with experienced sanitation companies with the knowledge and expertise to manage waste efficiently. Their professionalism ensures that the sanitation process will be executed precisely and in compliance with all necessary regulations.
