Time to Get Back to Work! Our Sanitized Units Will Keep Your Team Safe
COVID-19 prevention on Film, video, and fashion shoot productions. It’s hard to believe it’s been over five months since our industry began shutting down in the wake of COVID-19. Much has changed since then, but now it’s time to get back to work–even if work feels different than before.
Staying virus-free is absolutely essential for crews diving back into film and photo shoots. Since we were already the cleanest in the game before the virus hit, we’ve decided to double down on disinfection. In short, we can ensure that everyone who steps onto our luxury units will enjoy peace of mind, knowing that both their team and projects are in the safest hubs.
As industry pioneers, we’ve implemented four protocols that achieve complete sanitation. We’ve undergone intensive training with one of New York’s leading disinfecting-restoration certified cleaning companies. We’ve also armored ourselves with cutting-edge equipment, technology and overall safe FDA-approved chemicals to combat this virus head-on.
Let’s take a look at our four-step cleaning process.

Step One – Full protection for cleaning professionals
As part of our process for COVID-19 prevention on Film video and fashion shoot productions, our trained professionals must enter our units in a sterile jumpsuit, gloves, slippers and a face mask with plexi-goggles. In this safest possible way, they deep clean and sanitize everything, while guarding themselves from all foreign bacteria and viruses.

Step Two – UVA/ Photocatalytic Hydroxyl/Ionized Peroxide Generator
It’s a long, complicated name, suitable for NASA technology. And that’s what it is. This machine is the first thing we bring into the unit. Both safe and chemical-free, this is not your everyday air purifier; it actually deodorizes air particles.
Body heat emits humidity, and the UVA/ Photocatalytic Hydroxyl/ionized-peroxide generator takes the moisture in the air and eliminates bacteria, fungi and viruses by emitting 5,000 CFM max fan output, which moves in purified air and scrubs humid air. The result? It kills bacteria in the air. After we finish cleaning, we seal the unit. With this step alone, the unit will be completely sanitized, but we don’t stop there. We simply use it as the initial procedure in our cleaning process. This FDA-approved unit is safe enough to operate in Type 2 Medical facilities including occupied hospital rooms, neonatal & baby rooms.

Step 3 – Fogging of all interior surfaces
After administering Step Two (which thoroughly sanitizes the unit), we exceed standard cleaning expectations by fogging the entire interior. This process applies a thin mist of disinfectant, which kills or neutralizes any living viruses or bacteria inside the bus. From drapes to counters, switches, knobs, door handles, sofas, walls and ceiling, all porous surfaces get fogged using First Defense Disinfectant. Within one minute, the fog kills COVID-19, H1N1 Influenza A virus, HIV-1 HBV, and HCV on all surfaces or objects that have been soiled with blood or bodily fluids.
First Defense Disinfectant is used in homes, hospitals, institutions and industrial areas,we’ve incorporated it into our cleaning and sanitation routine because we want our clients and their team members to feel safe.

Step 4 – Clorox cleaning
Even before the pandemic arrived, we’ve always cleaned with Clorox bleach products. And now, we continue to rely on it to keep our staff and clients safe. Our techs wipe all surfaces with Clorox bleach products that kill 99.9% of germs, bacteria and viruses.
You name it, we disinfect it with the best products on the market. We spray the restroom, wipe the makeup counters, mop the floors, tackle the doorknobs, and wipe down the light/ power switches. We spray all interior surfaces and wiped them from the inside out. Our customer’s health and safety are paramount.

Step 5 ( Optional) – Certified Lab Testing
If you need written certification regarding our vehicles’ sanitation, we’re happy to provide lab testing service. We partnered with a laboratory in New Jersey that administers certified testing for COVID-19.
After the cleaning process has been completed, we swab and label each surface and send it for lab testing via a special secured delivery box for containment. After a 48- 72 hour period, we receive certification of cleanliness, which we pass on to our clients. Please contact us about testing fees.
